We had goings on in Duluth and also had a concert at the Big Top in Ashland. We love to camp, so we booked a site here as it was a good halfway point between Duluth and Bayfield (not exactly halfway, but close enough). The price for a pull-through site was extremely reasonable, and they were flexible with our reservation. Everyone was extremely friendly, and you can tell that it's a very fraternal community with many people who park their RV's there for the season. We enjoyed pizza and some drinks after the show and were surprised at how small our tab was. This is not a fancy place, but it is well-maintained and laid back. We will be back for sure.
Everything is great. Make sure you get a burger. It's clean, and Rick is very accommodating.
