Great group of guys, they call to update, they perform the work when they say they are. And even if they get beyond busy they will update you on the status of your vehicle.. Good mechanics, great at customer service. They truly make you feel as though your a valuable customer to their business.. Did I mention that the prices were extremely fair as well..
Worked with my roadside assistance company and they hired these guys. We were given an estimate of three hours arrival, which seemed long considering we were only a half hour away, but we waited. The eta came and went and when no one showed up we called the roadside assistance company to find out when the service member would be arriving. They gave us an estimate, the service never came, and eventually we found out that we had been stood up. In total we waited five and a half hours for them to come and they never came. A & L never communicated anything with us, never answered our calls, and never told us they wouldn't be coming. Completely unacceptable service and would never go to this company for anything.
